Distance Service Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the digital service subscription delivered remotely.
1. Parties and Subject Matter
The subject matter of this agreement is granting access to digital services available on the CengAlgo platform.
2. Performance of the Service
The service becomes accessible after payment confirmation.
Available platform features depend on the selected package scope.
3. Pricing
The fee is shown to the user on the payment screen based on the selected package and period and is collected after explicit user approval.
4. Withdrawal and Digital Content Exception
If the user requests immediate access after payment, the right of withdrawal may be limited or extinguished under applicable law.
5. User Obligations
The user agrees not to use the platform for unlawful purposes and remains responsible for account security and all trading decisions.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
