All content is general in nature and must be evaluated as analytics and software output.

CengAlgo does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, custody, or trade execution on behalf of users.

The platform does not represent itself as an investment firm, portfolio management company, custody institution, payment institution, or crypto-asset service provider.

All trading actions taken on third-party platforms remain solely the user's responsibility.

Platform outputs must not be interpreted as binding trade instructions.

Crypto assets, derivatives, and leveraged products carry substantial risk, including the possible loss of all capital.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

The user's relationship with Binance or any other third-party platform is strictly between the user and that third party.

Fees, account restrictions, KYC obligations, taxes, connectivity issues, and exchange-side outcomes are outside CengAlgo's responsibility.

Subscriptions grant access to platform features for the selected package period.

Access may be limited, narrowed, or terminated when the package term ends.

Users may not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, manipulative, or unauthorized trading purposes.

CengAlgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or regulatory risk.

Electronic logs, timestamps, database records, payment records, and system logs may be used as evidence in disputes.

Subject to mandatory law, CengAlgo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, opportunity loss, price slippage, or user trading decisions.
